This brand new five star hotel, built on an area of 56,340 square metres, is situated in the southern part of the island of Gran Canaria , directly on the coastline, 800 metres away from the Maspalomas lighthouse and beach and at a distance of 300 metres from the Meloneras beach. The Gran Hotel Villa Del Condes' style reflects the traditional Canarian architecture, highlighted by the impressing reception lobby, a genuine adaptation of one of the most ancient and traditional Gran Canarian churches, with two towers, bell tower and central dome. The facade is covered by natural hewn stones.
Accommodation
There are 561 hotel rooms distributed in 521 twin rooms and 40 suites, with a total of 1.122 beds. All the rooms have bathroom with WC and separate bidet, bathtub, as well as separate shower and hairdryer. The room equipment consists of air conditioning, direct phone, safe (with extra charge), a la carte mini bar (with extra charge), separate dressing room, writing desk, satellite TV, sitting-area and furnished balcony.
Dining
The hotel offers 4 restaurants: buffet-style restaurant, restaurant (snack-cafe), Italian restaurant (at the central square) and barbecue grill restaurant with salad bar in the pool area.
