The Colony Club is located at Porters, St. James, on the famous west coast of Barbados just 40 minutes drive from Grantley Adams International Airport and 20 minutes from the cosmopolitan capital of Bridgetown . Colony Club's charming, colonial ambiance extends to the 96 rooms and suites which are gracefully furnished with whitewashed wooden ceilings, bureaus and rattan rocking chairs. Some have beautiful four-poster beds, while many of the luxury poolside rooms enjoy direct access to the four freshwater swimming lagoons.

Colony Club features two restaurants with different atmospheres and styles. The Orchid room with a blend of French / Bajan cuisine and the Laguna Restaurant with a contemporary mix of world cuisine. The menus offer a great variety of culinary experiences to our guests and visitors.
*Dress code in Colony Club's restaurants is elegantly casual (no shorts, t-shirts, jeans or trainers) after 6pm.
The more casual Laguna Restaurant enjoys a striking location affording superb views over the hotels tropical gardens and aquamarine laguna pools. The more contemporary menu offers a tempting selection of signature dishes for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
By day, swim up to the Sunset Bar choose an ice cold drink while soaking up the warmth of the Caribbean sunshine. At night, sit on the Sunset deck and watch the most stunning sunset while sipping your tropical cocktail.
The Planters Lounge provides a relaxing venue for aperitifs & after dinner drinks while listening to Live music.

Four freshwater swimming lagoons meander through seven acres of impressively landscaped gardens towards the clear blue waters of the Caribbean Sea where a glorious palm-fringed beachfront beckons sun worshippers and those wishing to take part in the wide range of complimentary watersports, from sailing through to water-skiing.
Alternatively guests may enjoy a game of tennis on the floodlit courts or work out in the air-conditioned fitness room.
The warm evenings at Colony Club often resound to calypso and jazz. Some evenings, live piano music adds to the hotel's charming colonial atmosphere.
