Location
The airport is 36km from the hotel. The Atlantis Duna Park hotel is located in Corralejo, 50m to the local beach and 200m from the centre. The sandy dunes of “Grandes Playas” are 2.5km away. The hotel offers a shuttle to the natural dunes (10:30 & 11:00 to the dunes; 15:30 & 16:00 to the hotel). At 50m you can find a taxi stop, a supermarket and several restaurants, bars and shops; at 100m the nearest bank; at 150m the nearest bus stop. Public transport service includes a route from the centre to the Main City Puerto del Rosario every half an hour. The harbour of Corralejo is 1.3km away from the hotel.
Accommodation
The Atlantis Duna Park hotel with 79 rooms over two two-storey buildings has a warm and familiar atmosphere for a relaxing break. All rooms are equipped with: complete bathroom with shower, hairdryer and bathmat (on request), air conditioning, direct dial telephone, satellite TV with music channels, mini-bar (local charge), safe (local charge) and furnished terrace or balcony. There are a limited number of interconnected rooms and three rooms for guests with reduced mobility. The accommodations are cleaned and towels are changed daily; linen is changed twice per week. Room service is available from 8am until 10pm.
Dining
The main restaurant is called “Restaurante Dunapark” and serves breakfast and dinner. These are the meals included in the half board option. Diet and vegetarian cooking are included. There is also the pool restaurant/bar with a la carte and waiter service. Both facilities make infant highchairs available on request. There are two lounge bars in the hotel, one of them near the restaurant. For the period between 1st of May and 31st of October, guests booked on Half Board basis shall have their evening meal at the Atlantis Palace Hotel, just a 5 minute walk away.
Ameneties
Amidst its tropical gardens the hotel has two fresh water swimming pools; one for adults (heated in winter) and a little splash pool for children. The pool area, which is handicapped accessible by ramp, has a sun terrace, showers, sunbeds, mattresses, umbrellas and towel service, as well as life saving equipment. The nearest beach is Corralejo's, but the Blue Flag fine white sand beach of “Grandes Playas” is nearby. Sun-loungers and parasols are available at a fee. The beaches are suitable for children, but disabled people may have difficulty to reach some places. Life Guard & Red Cross are on site. Guests 16 years of age and older may also use the gym, Jacuzzi and sauna between 9am and 8pm. Towels are offered gratis. Massage services are also available, but incur an extra charge. Also with an additional charge you can use the two tennis courts of the hotel (equipment hire and lessons are available), play a game of pool or mountain bike. There are private windsurfing and kite-surfing school on the beach and private surfing school in Corralejo. In the harbour of Corralejo you will also find jetski, bananaboat, diving + PADI instruction, deep water fishing and sailing.
All public areas are air-conditioned and most are wheelchair accessible. The hotel has 24-hour reception with multilingual staff and fax services, car rental, luggage service (on request) and luggage room, currency exchange, late check-out (must notify), courtesy rooms (on request; can keep own room) and street parking.
